02. 45-Degree Cheekbone Protrusion Type

A shape that is wide from the 45-degree cheekbone to the lateral cheekbone. Through cheekbone repositioning, the prominent area is reduced and pushed inward, narrowing facial width and improving the contour into a softer cheekbone line.

03. Overall Wide Cheekbone Type

A type in which the cheekbones are generally large and wide. To reduce the cheekbone body, bone resection is performed in a diamond shape, followed by cheekbone repositioning to improve the overall line into a smooth, soft contour.

Rotation

A method that reduces facial width while preserving anterior cheekbone volume, rotating the lateral cheekbone inward around the anterior osteotomy line to smooth the protruding contour.

Repositioning

Depending on the degree of 45-degree cheekbone protrusion, the cheekbone is pushed posterior-superiorly and repositioned to create a smoother contour.

Resection

A portion of the large cheekbone is resected, and the position of the protruding area is repositioned to improve the overall line into a smooth, soft contour.

Balance

Hyundai Aesthetics measures each individual’s unique facial contour proportions, lines, and volume, then improves the cheekbone line into a shape that suits the individual.

01. Proportion

Appropriately reduces the zygomatic width and, when accompanied by a square jaw, performs square-jaw reduction surgery while considering facial proportions so the face does not appear longer or the jawline more prominent.

02. Line

The 45-degree lateral cheekbone line is called the Ogee Curve. When a drooping Ogee Curve makes the cheekbones appear larger, an anterior cheekbone lift is performed at the same time as cheekbone reduction to improve the line into a firmer-looking cheekbone contour.

03. Volume
