Article 2 (Definitions)
"Member" means a person who agrees to these Terms, completes email verification, and uses services such as the members-only bulletin board. "Service" means all functions provided by the Clinic through the website, including access to procedure reviews and before-and-after photos.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
These Terms take effect when posted on the website. The Clinic may amend these Terms to the extent that such amendment does not violate applicable laws and regulations, and will provide prior notice specifying the effective date and reason for amendment.
Article 4 (Membership Registration and Accounts)
Membership registration is completed when the user agrees to these Terms and completes email verification. Members are responsible for keeping and managing their account information accurately.
Article 5 (Provision and Modification of Services)
The Clinic provides members with services such as access to the members-only bulletin board. The content of the Services may be modified or suspended when necessary for operational or technical reasons.
Article 6 (Membership Withdrawal and Loss of Eligibility)
Members may request withdrawal at any time through My Page, and upon withdrawal, account information will be deleted immediately except where retention is required under applicable laws and regulations.
