1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information
Hyundai Aesthetic Surgery (hereinafter referred to as the "Clinic") processes personal information for the purposes of member registration and management, providing members-only bulletin board services, and, with optional consent, sending event and news updates.
2. Personal Information Items Processed
Required: name, email address, and password (stored in encrypted form). When using social login, identifiers and email addresses provided by the relevant platform may be collected. Optional: consent to receive marketing communications.
3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
Personal information is retained until membership withdrawal and is destroyed immediately upon withdrawal. However, information that must be retained under applicable laws and regulations will be stored for the period prescribed by those laws and regulations.
4. Procedure and Method for Destroying Personal Information
Personal information is destroyed without delay once the retention period has expired or the purpose of processing has been achieved. Electronic files are permanently deleted using methods that prevent recovery.
5. Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them
Members may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal information at any time. Members may withdraw their membership directly through My Page, and may exercise other requests by contacting the Clinic.
6. Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information
The Clinic implements technical and administrative measures for the secure processing of personal information, including one-way password encryption, minimization of access privileges, and encryption of data in transit (HTTPS).
